I want to be fair so I think 3/5 is accurate. The kratom came at a reasonable time but it was not labelled according to specifically what kind. One of the reasons that even popped into my mind was because when I had what I THOUGHT was white meng da, I did not get the same energetic feeling. Instead I felt more sedated and I did not enjoy that experience as much. Because there is no specifics on the package it makes me wonder if the wrong kind was accidentally delivered to me. When I called their customer service line twice, I got no response it went to voicemail. There is also a label on the package that it contains Arsenic and Lead (according California Prop 65) which was unnerving. I hope that is not the case.
