“I’m really happy with the products I buy. I’m a longtime partaker of Kratom and BKB is as good, if not better than most. I like the new packaging as well. The green Bali is fire’ it helps with pain, inflammation, and energy. To summarize, I love BKB and will continue to buy. I’ve noticed the improvements with quality as they’ve progressed. “I have been buying my Kratom for myself and others for a couple of years from this company. If I could rate the company from 1-10 I would have to give them a 15. They are amazing!!! “Great turnaround Overly decent pricing Very responsive service department If it weren't for lack of options in ordering, I'd have to give them 5 stars. The only thing they could do better, that I wish they'd do, is set up a sort of "tasting menu" for the strains. I purchase 2kg of capsules at a time bc it's a waste of money not to. BUT.. They've got like 100 strains. At 2kg per order, I'll never find my favorite strain for the rest of my life! Should be some sort of "choose 10 strains at a time" options that allow you to maintain a decent price point. Pretty great other than that though!”

“The place where I use to purchase kratom raised their prices so I started looking for a cheaper place to get it, I found it here at BKB. And their product is much better and seems to be stronger, I'm very happy with them, I only wish they offered split kilos, I use 2 different kind and it's cheaper by the kilo.”

“Great product and with frequennt speacials affordable. GREAT selection, always fresh. Customer service can be questionable. I recommend you make NO CHANGES on an oorder. They have messed mine up a few times and I am asked to prove charges were paid VS them looking it up. Last time I asked a order be held for shippping a few days and it was canceled according to CS but bank charged card. Later the order arrived but took 3 calls and an email or two. Deal with Emma only for best results. Over all a 5 but last time I ordered my wife had MAJOR surgery the day after and I was away for along time and couldnt deal with the banking issues, MUCH unneeded stress.”

“I was only disappointed that I went to shop, got offered a promo under code Welcome15, only to not receive the email with the promo code until after I had purchased, with quite a delay. Then come to find out I missed a discount of 20% by a day or 2. So I paid full price when I should have received 15-20% off. Otherwise, I am happy with the service. Thank you.”
