“I’m really happy with the products I buy. I’m a longtime partaker of Kratom and BKB is as good, if not better than most. I like the new packaging as well. The green Bali is fire’ it helps with pain, inflammation, and energy. To summarize, I love BKB and will continue to buy. I’ve noticed the improvements with quality as they’ve progressed. Also, as a Vegas local, I love the fast shipping!”

“If your order is over a certain amount, they send you an email asking for your full credit card information and photo ID for fraud purposes. They don't disclose that on the website before you order.. Moreover, they want you to submit it to dropbox forms. They're not allowed to store the entire card information outside of a PCI DSS approved system. So I reported them for this and the form was taken down. I am also reporting them to their payment processor. You have to play by the rules. I didn't cancel my order because I was running out and didn't want to fight it out, but I definitely won't be doing business with them again”

Good afternoon. Yes, that's correct, we do require an authorization form to be filled out for orders over $300 for our fraud protection. However, we give customers several options to opt out of this, like simply lowering the total slightly or only providing certain information they're comfortable with. We are working on streamlining this process so that it's more straightforward for customers and will be adding more information on our website soon.

“THE ORDER WAS SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. 3, yes, three orders in a row have been messed up now. I know I put in the correct address. I am 100% certain. The system is so broken it automatically reloads everything you advance to the next page or somthing. Listen I put in my correct address and the webpage told me $95, then I get charged $200. So I email to fix it, and yall send it to the wrong address! I am trying to get off of 7oh and back to natural kratom but yall keep messing up this order so I can't do that. The webpage crashed on me like 5 times when I was making the order so I'm sure its some system error. This is the correct address: Lucas Ciapetta 635 N Fargo St, Portland, OR 97227”

“Great turnaround Overly decent pricing Very responsive service department If it weren't for lack of options in ordering, I'd have to give them 5 stars. The only thing they could do better, that I wish they'd do, is set up a sort of "tasting menu" for the strains. I purchase 2kg of capsules at a time bc it's a waste of money not to. BUT.. They've got like 100 strains. At 2kg per order, I'll never find my favorite strain for the rest of my life! Should be some sort of "choose 10 strains at a time" options that allow you to maintain a decent price point. Pretty great other than that though!”
