“I’m really happy with the products I buy. I’m a longtime partaker of Kratom and BKB is as good, if not better than most. I like the new packaging as well. The green Bali is fire’ it helps with pain, inflammation, and energy. To summarize, I love BKB and will continue to buy. I’ve noticed the improvements with quality as they’ve progressed. “I was only disappointed that I went to shop, got offered a promo under code Welcome15, only to not receive the email with the promo code until after I had purchased, with quite a delay. Then come to find out I missed a discount of 20% by a day or 2. So I paid full price when I should have received 15-20% off. Otherwise, I am happy with the service. Thank you.”

“I usually get fair delivery in time, but I ordered a week ago and I have seen my tracking say that it is transit. My tracking usually updates regularly, but it seems delayed this time. I have no way in reaching out for service assistance.”

“Ive been buying from here for years and Kratom for decades. This has kratom with a nice even grind (mostly) every once in a while ill find a lump of something and that concerns me but its organic one must expect that when dealing with leaves and massive bulk quantities. I understand that and I must except that fact. I buy exclusively Red and or Green Maeng da kratom. I use each at different quantities and times of the day. Ive been doing this for years and years. Its the only thing that helps pain and sleep.”
