“Hello, I usually pay around $91.00 for 1000grams. I used my points this time expecting a discount but instead it went to $97.00 because some reason adding points, adds the shipping n handling back in it. I tried to change n not add points to pay the $91.00 again but didn’t work. I don’t think it’s fair to use my points n charge me more. Earning points should be a discount not a punishment. “The best prices on the market and good quality of KRATOM I’ve been buy from the for about 4 years now! The only thing is that lately when I buy white green and red strain all at the same time sometimes the red powder comes and it’s green KRATOM inside this happened two times ! I haven’t got what I exactly wanted ! I know you know that the red maeng da supposed to be brown ish or red ish color. It came super green and almost white like color! Wasn’t satisfied about that 2 times in a row already! But bought the 3rd time hopefully they don’t mess it up!”
