“Is cheap and consistent, but the Thai kratom is very weak.i used to get it somewhere else and loved it. Have me a ton of energy and didn't need much.”

“I don't like how you charged me more for shipping by trying to say I was getting a savings of 7.50$ Very crappie thing to do. It was free shipping in the first place. Other then this, I would give you five stars. Please refund my 7.50$”

“I used to get kratom somewhere else and the green Thai was great! It gave me so much needed energy. Here, I've tried so many different strains, and have yet to find one that gives me a good level of energy. But they all seem to be three same, or close to the same.”

“I want to be fair so I think 3/5 is accurate. The kratom came at a reasonable time but it was not labelled according to specifically what kind. One of the reasons that even popped into my mind was because when I had what I THOUGHT was white meng da, I did not get the same energetic feeling. Instead I felt more sedated and I did not enjoy that experience as much. Because there is no specifics on the package it makes me wonder if the wrong kind was accidentally delivered to me. When I called their customer service line twice, I got no response it went to voicemail. There is also a label on the package that it contains Arsenic and Lead (according California Prop 65) which was unnerving. I hope that is not the case.”

“I ordered 2 250g packs. One of the wasnt sealed properly so there was some lost. The inside of the envelope was covered in it. its kinda hard to see in the picture but its all over the counter too. no issues other than that.”
