“Good prices and I'm happy with the product so far. I did goof up... I took the 1st time customer discount which apparently took me under the threshold for free shipping. So I saved $10, but it cost me $14 shipping.... oops.”

“Hello, I usually pay around $91.00 for 1000grams. I used my points this time expecting a discount but instead it went to $97.00 because some reason adding points, adds the shipping n handling back in it. I tried to change n not add points to pay the $91.00 again but didn’t work. I don’t think it’s fair to use my points n charge me more. Earning points should be a discount not a punishment. Thank you”

“Until fairly recently, I've been very pleased with Buy Kratom Bulk USA. However, I have now received at least two orders that were either something other than what I ordered, or were not at their usual strength. I discarded both. One was clearly something other than what I ordered, and the other did not provide the same sort of relief that I've grown accustomed to. Subsequently, however, deciding to give it another try, I've received the same quality kratom that I've grown accustomed to. With those exceptions, however, I've been satisfied. The discounts make Bulk USA competitive, and the free shipping really helps. I would prefer to stick with Bulk USA, but I must confess, while I don't know what the one order was, I did not like my reaction to it. Perhaps you folks have limited control over such things, and I do understand that there are risks in this approach, but as a disabled veteran, it has allowed me to continue maintaining an active and productive life. I thought you should know that, while more than 90% of the orders have met my expectations, there have been exceptions.”

“I am always skeptical of new kratom products and almost didn't purchase from them, but now I'm glad I did I am looking forward to trying more of their products as long as I can get the good promos and etc. I'm responsible for my mentally deranged mother and former alcoholic/drug addict brother and the kratom products are a God send.
