Flavourz is great! Normally our orders get here a a couple days. Unfortunately our last order we placed got lost by the postal service. Flavourz fixed the problem by giving us an in store credit to order again and we received the replacement order within 2 days! The kratom we buy from Flavourz is consistently of good quality.
