When I requested the lab tests, they quickly provided them. Their customer service is one-of-a-kind. Every issue I’ve had (which is few, and far between) has been taken care of immediately. The few issues I’ve had were resolved forthright. “Good Faith and Fair Dealing” is not an issue here. The last batch I got was the same as the last: high quality and fresh. They connect a batch number clearly printed on each bag. This helps them to greatly reduce and track any inconsistencies which may arise. This is EXTREMELY important for any business if it is to assure quality and consistent product. Most online vendors of Kratom do not back their product in such a thorough way, but Flavourz certainly does!
