Usually pretty good but every one in a while the Kratom has no potency and does very little to help my pain. I usually get both the red and green MeangDa ... Shipping is usually pretty fast and r service is through email and I haven’t contacted them yet but last time they said I can return the product as long as there is 3/4 off purchase left.
The product potency is very inconsistent but the price and company is overall great.
