In general flavors has had excellent customer service. However recently, within the past 5-10 purchases I’ve noticed the kratom has had major hard clumps In the powder form, which I have never experienced prior, as if the product is old. In addition, I have been purchasing the 1 kg order but have been skeptical to if I’m actually receiving that amount.However, there prices are the best I’ve seen anywhere.
