I order regularly from Flavourz and I am usually satisfied with the product; however, the last kilo I ordered has some unpleasant qualities. There are hard clumps throughout the batch and I get feelings of nausea after ingesting. I have never had product like this before nor felt nauseous like I do from this batch. I'm not sure if I got a bad batch but that would be a lot of bad product to ship to someone. For the kind of money I spend with this company I expect every batch to be top quality. The capsules I ordered are great.
