I am rating your company with 5 stars as I received my Alps water filter before Christmas, and your staff were courteous. But, your staff member who who sent me my filter forgot to add my 2 free packets of biscuits!! Perhaps you can send them to me now. My cat, who is almost 10, loves the water. For the week he was without filtered water, he barely drank a drop!
