I love the “Planet Organic “ spices from “Organics Online” Quality products. Ginger powder Turmeric powder Cinnamon powder Cayenne pepper powder Clove ( whole then grind in a coffee grinder) These 5 spices are my go to spices for a lot of things. They have so many health benefits. I use topically also. Don’t miss taking these 5 every day. Cayenne powdered spice I use for any cuts no matter how bad. Appears to seal the cut and helps stem the bleeding. Still will need to apply pressure. Putting UNDER THE TONGUE appears to help people experience heart issues, use 1/4 tsp. Might be a good one to carry at all times when out and about.
