The service was great. The reason I did not give 5 stars was the internal packaging - polystyrene thingummies. They cannot be recycled and they are dangerous to the environment as they are easily broken down and consumed by wildlife - apart from the toxicity of the substance. I suggest shredded or crumpled waste paper such as newspaper or bubble wrap (not ideal but at least it can be recycled).
