It's my first time to purchase organic foods from this shop. At first, there were two bags of mung beans missing when I got the package, but the shop resend the lost items right after I called to report the issue. The highlight is that they even updated the order status from delivered to resend so that I could get a notification from my email and track the package.
Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I will certainly consider returning in the future.
