I ordered a white jug to go with our brand new white kitchen, but received a grey one instead. I replied to an email sent to me about my order to say you’d sent me the wrong one, but I received no response. I was pretty desperate for filtered water after our previous jug broke and since I got no response I decided to use it anyway. I must say it’s a big improvement on the previous model which didn’t pour well and didn’t hold as much water. I love the new version but was disappointed with receiving the wrong colour and the lack of response to my email. 17/4/18 As an update I was sent replacement parts so I was able to transform most of the grey parts into white as per my original order, so I was very pleased that they made right their mistake. I am now really happy with my purchase as this jug is a huge improvement on the previous model.
