Purchased a Gentoo Water Filter Jug - the indicator on the lid does not work, the filter which was sent was in an open bag which is a bit worrying - no hygiene seal. Emailed Buy Organics 5 days ago and have had no response - disappointing customer service. I paid $75 for the jug so would have expected an email back.
