With the COVID-19 restrictions in Melbourne, I was worried I would not be able to get my usual personal care and household products, but when I found B.O.O. I immediately relaxed. I was able to find EVERYTHING I needed, in all the brands I usually purchase at identical (if not, cheaper) prices to what I usually pay in-store. The packing/processing phase was unbelievably fast (about five hours turn-around time) and the delivery arrived promptly as well. No items were damaged in shipping, the box was neatly and efficiently packed, and shipping costs were resonable as well. Couldn't be happier with the service I received, and I will happily order again, as I often have to source from a number of specialty stores.
