The TV arrived as ordered. However, it was the when and how of arriving that was not so good. I chose BuySmarte because it claimed 99% of deliveries would arrive the same day or the next day. Living in the third biggest city in Australia and having ordered a standard, popular TV, I had faith that this would be the case. The TV arrived on the 5th day after ordering and this was an issue because we were in isolation and our current TV wasn't working anymore. Also, I was told I would receive an email and/or a text message before it was going to be delivered. Instead, I heard some shuffling at the door and opened it find my new TV had arrived. What if I was back at work? On the policy it says someone has to receive it and if no one is home they will deliver it another day at extra cost. Disappointing. Was I the 1%?
