“I received broken product and my request for refund wasn't even evaluated. I have filed a complaint in Fair works and will take them to court if need be. To me it feels like scam BEWARE !!”
“The Buy Smarte customer service person provided excellent support for me, the TV purchaed was shipped on the same day I purchased the product and it was delivered 3 working days later, which was amazing as I live in Forster NSW. The TV is a high end LG and was on special, I did my research and it was the best price I could find for this tv model. It arrived in as new condition and I am so happy with the quality. Great service and customer support, great quality product, the best price and unbelievably fast delivery. Thank you to the BUy Smarte team, so satisfied and so happy with my whole experience.”
“Will never purchase another product from this company. After being told minor scratches the mounting brackets were broken and damaged. Unable to install..Then told to take it up with the manufacture. What a joke of a company. Should of checked the product before payment.”
“Purchase was easy, I was able to have a look at the item in the store. Delivery was easy and free, and I appreciated them removing and taking away the old appliance free of charge too.”
