“Product as described. Good value. Great service with delivery of new and take away of old machine done on time and within the delivery window communicated.”
“Salesman was very helpful. Noirot heater was purchased with no fuss, delivered very quickly to country Victoria in perfect condition. Price was very good.”
“My daughter organised a dish washer that I for paid & to have the old one removed and the new one installed. When it arrived the men delivering it said they "only deliver" but they can take the box. Oh goodie!!!
Now I need to pay someone to install it and pay some else to remove the old one. Not good enough.
Otherwise service was prompt & on the day the delivery men kept me uptodate by phone on there arrival time.”
“Buy Smarte stocked the item I wanted, was simple to order and the item arrived promptly and in excellent condition. My only issue was that, though I was advised the delivery driver would provide a "delivery window" information - they did not. It was fortunate that I was at home at delivery time”
“everything was good but i hired 2 installers. one could not fix back leg and was not able to install to stable to dishwasher to use. I hired another installers same thing that i was told the back adjust leg was not working but he had a good solving skills and used wodden panel both frnt and back raised to make height and balance. still did not come the best way I expected but at least a right position. The way handled delivery and all buying was wonderful!”
“An easy and rapid process to order on-line with equally rapid delivery in a couple of days. After sales service too was excellent when I found it necessary to return and exchange the product I ordered. Will be sure to check with BuySmarte first the next time I'm in the market for appliances.”
