“The online order process was easy, the customer experience over the phone was excellent (ordered fridge before 2pm and it was delivered the next afternoon), the price was extremely competitive and included disposal of the old fridge. The only component of the purchase experience that was poor, was the contractors used for the fridge delivery. They were very rough with very bad attitudes.”
