“BuySmarte sold us a TV with chips in the screen. They have refused to accept the TV back and provide a refund. This has resulted in a fair trading complaint. After buying three TVs from them over the last 6 years, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had.”

“Disappointing Experience with My Washtower Delivery
I was initially excited to receive my Washtower, but the experience has been far from satisfactory. Upon delivery, I discovered it leaking all over my laundry floor—an inconvenience and frustration I didn’t anticipate. Every wash since then has litres of water all over the floor. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
Since the issue arose, I’ve made multiple attempts to contact customer support through calls and emails, asking for urgent assistance. Despite these efforts, it’s been seven days, and I’m still waiting to hear back from someone.
This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable and has left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call to prioritize customer concerns and improve your service.”
“Excellent experience first time buyer when purchasing microwave. Very easy to contact, Australian support and tracking delivery was a breeze. Not only that, the delivery guys called me prior to delivery letting me know they were around the corner. They then delivered right to my front door up the top of the stairs, no hassels. Will use again if I find another bargain - they definitely live up to their name!”

“We ordered the fridge and it was delivered but it has been sitting in our carport because who they use to deliver and install claimed they could not bring it upstairs, I advise Buy Smarte that in needs to go upstairs it has now been over a week of the fridge sitting in the carport and still no installation and take away of the old fridge, when called they keep telling me the delivery company will get back to you, they have not even chasing them up still no update”
