“Disappointing Experience with My Washtower Delivery
I was initially excited to receive my Washtower, but the experience has been far from satisfactory. Upon delivery, I discovered it leaking all over my laundry floor—an inconvenience and frustration I didn’t anticipate. Every wash since then has litres of water all over the floor. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
Since the issue arose, I’ve made multiple attempts to contact customer support through calls and emails, asking for urgent assistance. Despite these efforts, it’s been seven days, and I’m still waiting to hear back from someone.
This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable and has left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call to prioritize customer concerns and improve your service.”
“Excellent experience first time buyer when purchasing microwave. Very easy to contact, Australian support and tracking delivery was a breeze. Not only that, the delivery guys called me prior to delivery letting me know they were around the corner. They then delivered right to my front door up the top of the stairs, no hassels.
