Initially, lost our order.
Took 9 days to receive from placement of order.
Upon receiving monitor it was blurry (I had another monitor next to it which was crisp in comparison). Advised BuySmarte who tried to tell us monitor had no issues. Eventually resolved issue no thanks to BuySmarte (the factory settings had been altered causing it to blur).
