I was very happy with the service I received. Buy Smarte sent regular updates on order status from packaging through to pick-up by the courier. The courier called to see if we would be home and helped carry the TV into the house. The TV arrived interstate 300 kms from Melbourne 3 working days after my order was placed. The price was well below the Black Friday offers of the major retailers.
