Bought a new TV on a whim because my old one died when I moved house. Buy Smarte had a great price on a factory second Samsung QN90B so I pulled the trigger and I cannot fault the service. The condition was as advertised (basically as new), they let me choose the delivery date, and the TV arrived within the 3-hour window that they gave me a day prior.
Have not had a reason to test their warranty but so far, so good.
