Delivery was really quick - thank you - product was meant to be factory seconds - disappointed to find the control dials area was very dirty and must have been used so much the numbers were rubbed off 1 side of the casters wouldn't click in the grill on the underside because the grill was pushed up out of shape and the cord was also grubby and marked - heater seems to work well but I think this should have been sold as secondhand somewhat cheaper.
