Not a scam, thankfully. The delivery was delayed and the Buy Smarte staff found out the delivery progress and the cause of the delay, then the delivery was done in 1 hour of initial call to the Buy Smarte staff. The delivery men were physically very large but very courteous and answered questions in a kind manner.
