The product was fine - but the installation was poor. They did not balance the machine or remove the bolts at the back of the washing machine, which is critical for the machine to work. I had to have an independent handyman come to the house to fix it and balance it. They simply unpacked it and plugged it into the PowerPoint and connected the hose. I paid for the removal of the packaging, yet they said I hadn't- after a debate over the phone with the driver, he did come back and pick up the packaging; this could have been avoided if the customer invoice aligned with the delivery instructions. Price was excellent
