I recently phoned Buy Smarte, but the phone rang out. Within 2 minutes, they were ringing me back which I thought was the right way to do business. I had some questions which were answered leaving me in no doubt as to possibly purchasing from this company. I took the plunge. I forgot to check my junk mail for a receipt so I called them back and they couldn't have been more helpful. Subsequently, the item I purchased was ordered on a Friday morning and received the following Monday mid morning.The stock, i believe, came from Sydney and delivered to far north NSW.Everything I was told happened and the item arrived exactly as described. I have no qualms in recommending this company and would buy again from them. I only wish they could deliver some of there larger items a bit further north in NSW! Thanks, Buy Smarte.
