Before making a purchase, I did call them to check if the monitor is available on display at their store. The rep explained well that the monitors are just taken out from the box, tested & repacked. He also explained about the possible physical condition at the front & rear. He provided a response regarding warranty. Its not provided by the manufacturer directly but another provided based in Kingsgrove.
I took the item out to test. It worked ok.
I haven't started to use it yet but will keep an eye on the longetivity.
