The fridge was described as a factory second.
It is clearly a second hand fridge that still had food trapped in between the clear plastic drawers and their white covers and it had a bad odour, we spent hours cleaning it. There is also a small rectangular "Taste Guard" cover that keeps falling off that someone has attempted to fix with sticky tape. I was expecting a brand new fridge with a bit of external cosmetic damage, not one that was used and still had food and a bad smell in it. Calling it a factory second is misleading.
