Beware the "Factory Second"!! I bought a "Factory Second" soundbar and it was clearly second hand. They did not even bother to try to make it look new! The power cords were just wrapped around themselves, there were marks on the bottom where the previous owner had them resting. Their response was just to restate that it was a factory second.
