The website and the order process was fine, the problem is the aftersale service.
I order a large monitor, everything was smooth until I realise when on with a bright colour a small scractch on the screen.
I notify immediatly via email.
At first I thought that the service was great as I received a phone call less than an 1hr later saying that someone from the department client will reply to me.
Almost 2 weeks later, still no news even after a second email!
