Excellent experience first time buyer when purchasing microwave. Very easy to contact, Australian support and tracking delivery was a breeze. Not only that, the delivery guys called me prior to delivery letting me know they were around the corner. They then delivered right to my front door up the top of the stairs, no hassels. Will use again if I find another bargain - they definitely live up to their name!
