My daughter organised a dish washer that I for paid & to have the old one removed and the new one installed. When it arrived the men delivering it said they "only deliver" but they can take the box. Oh goodie!!!
Now I need to pay someone to install it and pay some else to remove the old one. Not good enough.
Otherwise service was prompt & on the day the delivery men kept me uptodate by phone on there arrival time.
