Bought an afternoon tea on a three day promotion (21% off) ending on a Sunday evening, however I wanted to use a credit voucher as well as the promotion. I could not do this online as it would only take either the voucher or the promotion, not both. So on the Monday I rang Buyagift and they immediately refunded the credit voucher amount without quibble and apologised. I was impressed by their helpfulness and appreciated the discount.
