Locked out after withdrawal attempt. Trazevault.org handled it and recovered everything. Grateful!

We purchased a voucher from Buyagift, but unfortunately, the experience did not match what was advertised. When we contacted customer service for support, we were met with a dismissive response. They claimed the venue confirmed we had received the correct treatment, and therefore refused to help us any further — despite that not being the case at all. We’re extremely disappointed with both the misleading offer and the lack of customer support. Based on this experience, we will not be purchasing from Buyagift again and would advise others to be cautious.

Was given 3 course meal with cocktails at london steak house. We were charged non refundable £20 for booking an evening slot which we were not advised of prior to the charge. The voucher sells it as steak house however the only steak you could have without incurring hefty supplement was 7oz rump. Plus you had to order separate sides with all the steak dishes at £8.50 per dish as the steaks only came with sauce. We then were charged 9.5% service charge on the total bill including the cost of the voucher and an additional £1.50 per person cover charge. Total rip off!

The hotel accommodation provided for the value of the voucher was atrocious and wouldn’t recommend anyone buying this type of voucher unless the recipient is prepared to top up with even more money

I was given a buya gift voucher and I had to extend it. Just wondering in I am now the purchaser / party to the contract. They charged me £30 more than the hotel site and £17 to book it. I'm sure they have to provide a telephone number and a postal address by law.

I'm still in disbelief after recovering my lost cryptocurrency! I had invested $60,000 with an online bitcoin broker, only to lose everything. Devastated, I thought my money was gone for good. But then, a coworker recommended a trustworthy recovery team, Ultimate Recovery Firm. They worked relentlessly to recover my losses, and unbelievably, they succeeded! Not only did I get back my full investment, but I also received profits. If you've fallen victim to cryptocurrency scams or fraud, don't lose hope—contact CHELSY DESMARAIS Firm. I strongly advise not to use this company for the following reasons: 1) The website is extremely difficult to navigate when trying to redeem a voucher. 2) There is NO telephone support at all - not even a number. 3) The restaurant spent 50 minutes trying to redeem my voucher without success. 4) This is the WORSED experience I have had and conclude this is a bit of a con. A waste of money.

We received a £50 buyagift vouchers from a family member Christmas 2023. Now it's April 2025 and we're still struggling to work out how to use it. We live in Cardiff and there are very little family activities nearby us to use it on. Better give money or book a local voucher than using this website

Absolute rip off - most of the deals are unavailable or you have to add money to feels like throwing good money after bad or you end up with some left over which isn’t enough to book anything. We booked an overnight stay which would have been much cheaper than the cost of the voucher had we gone direct

I had a terrible experience with Witmart and Smith. They were extremely dishonest, constantly asking for deposits, and even restricting my account, which had over R275,000. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but they were unhelpful and refused to resolve the issue. Thankfully, I got in touch with Mrs. Faina, who took my case seriously. She helped restore my account, and I was able to withdraw everything. I’m now completely done with Witmart and Smith and would advise others to stay away from them. If you’re in a similar situation, I recommend contacting Mrs. Faina directly at FAINASECURETEAM ___ ((@)) g_ma__" il,___c0__m.

My voucher didn't work and staff are unwilling to help. They are unable to pass complaints up to a manager, and give conflicting and untrue answers to queries. It's not worth the risk using this company even though reviews are sometimes favourable. If your voucher doesn't work however, you've lost your money. This company does not care whether or not you get your paid-for experience

Please dont use this company they need to go bankrupt as soon as possible. I have voucher for £140, yet when I try and use it im charged over the odds. Its actually cheaper to go direct to a hotel website.

I decided to buy an early Christmas Present for my partner and her best friend and Bought a Voucher for 2 people only to discover that the experience I had booked requires additional payments and is not covered completely by the Voucher, unless I have misunderstood the instructions and directions

I paid £111.48 (according to my bank statement) for a triple supercar driving experience for my partner and she also received a birthday voucher for £80 from a friend. So when it came to booking her experiences, firstly I want to say how absolutely confusing and convoluted the whole website is, to the point where booking anything is almost impossible. Secondly, where are the customer service staff to help in these situations? They don't even have a phone number. She managed to book the car experience, where she received a confirmation email and she also booked a two night hotel stay at the Days Inn, which she had to pay an extra £24 towards. Now we find out that apparently at the time of booking we combined the two vouchers to pay for the hotel stay and that the car experience is no longer valid. I am completely bemused! Since when did I agree to combine the two vouchers? AND since when did the Days Inn cost £215?? This isn't The Ritz! Also looking on the hotel website, the dates that I want will cost £97, so where has the other £118 gone? This is modern day robbery here. And to make matters worse, customer service was quite possibly the worst help imaginable. I don't even think they really knew what they were talking about themselves as the whole situation is so confusing. I can safely say I will NEVER use this company ever again and will strongly advise everyone else to steer clear, unless you want to be defrauded, of course.

Honestly don't buy these vouchers for anyone. They're so complicated to use. Complete waste of time and money.
