We purchased a voucher from Buyagift, but unfortunately, the experience did not match what was advertised. When we contacted customer service for support, we were met with a dismissive response. They claimed the venue confirmed we had received the correct treatment, and therefore refused to help us any further — despite that not being the case at all.
We’re extremely disappointed with both the misleading offer and the lack of customer support. Based on this experience, we will not be purchasing from Buyagift again and would advise others to be cautious.
