Been trying to book a simple spa voucher for over a week now. Followed the link and the phone number 0344 477 4777 is no longer in service, yet they are still providing you with it. When trying to book it online, my voucher is not recognized. No phone number to get in touch with and after jumping through so many hoops in their online chat, I was told to wait for a customer service representative and waiting time of 9 minutes. Over half an hour later, someone got connected and provided me with an email. This is what they are calling customer service these days. God help anyone who has a complaint of any shape or form.
