“It's OK if the experience you want has availability for the dates selected, otherwise it's quite frustrating to have to buy the experience first, then follow the instructions to generate a unique booking code to book the experience with the provider etc only to be told that the dates you want are unavailable.
Sometimes Buyagift offers discount codes and they make it sound like there are no exclusions applicable. In reality, certain experiences do not accept them and you only find out at check-out which causes much disappointment especially after you have spent time looking through and deciding on the experience to purchase! It would be more transparent if Buyagift tells you upfront that these discount codes are not accepted by certain experiences.”
“My voucher purchase went smoothly. It was just as well that I had a discount code though as when I redeemed it at Piglets Pantry, I found that the Afternoon Tea for Two was only £30 if bought direct whereas Buyagift are quoting £35!”

“Bought a gift experience for my niece for her 18th Birthday. Paid for next day delivery as I was late sorting and didn't want to risk normal delivery in case it was late.
Having ordered on the Saturday and hadn't arrived by Tuesday (my niece's birthday), I contacted customer services to ask where the product was. The customer service was excellent, with a quick response I was advised it was due for delivery that day and that my next day delivery charge would be refunded. I received the refund instantly and the product arrived an hour later. My niece was delighted with her gift.”
