Purchased a RHS Wisley day for 2 people last August as a gift for a 94 year old . Came to book for June and asked to pay another£7.00 ? Then told by customer service Wisley was not available on there list , yet our voucher was valid and they still advertise it at a higher price. Took the lady and paid 2 full entrance fees. Complained but they didn’t want to know really . I have had to swop the voucher for another experience and pay another £4.00 for a day which we don’t have time for so this has now cost me £80.00 instead of £40.00. They are now ignoring my requests. I run 2 businesses and if I treated clients like this they would go elsewhere which I wouldn’t blame them. Management and directors look into how your company is working as you are getting a bad reputation.
