Your website didn't make me happy but your Customer Service and Mohammed did! When buying a food gift it appeared you could specify the date when you wanted it delivered. I did this but the order didn't pick it up. I found the contact number and spoke to Mohammed who said he would look in to it. Unlike other sites, he did come back to me and although he had tried he couldn't cancel the order. It was delivered next day and fortunately the dates on the goods were far enough in advance not to matter. Mohammed apologised and offered me a gift to say sorry. Well done Mohammed. I will use Buyagift again because of this.
