Very easy to buy a hotel certificate online for use sometime in the future. However the real test will come when I try to use it. This is the reason for giving a neutral score. I was gifted a zip wire experience last Christmas but have not so far been able to use it. Obviously this is not due to Buyagift but it illustrates the difficult environment we are in at present.
