I ordered a gift for a relative last week. It still hasn’t arrived. After getting the Royal Mail tracking number and checking its status it said I would be notified when they attempt to deliver it. A week later my relative has not received her gift. I called customer service and they offered to change it to an e-voucher. On trying to download it, it comes up with an error message.
Disappointed and embarrassed!
