I have placed my order on 10th December alone with the others & I have still not received my order which is a Christmas gift for my daughter, so I put an enquiry and nothing happened or no one got back to me to give me an explanation, so that means I do not know where I stand, also my account has been debited by £89.00 but no order delivered, please look into this matter urgently & get back to me ASAP.
