The service was very easy to use but I was purchasing for a Christmas gift and it did not arrive in time. I paid a few pounds extra for a gift voucher to be sent to give at Christmas and was informed it would be with me by the 21st December. It is now 30th December and I have still not received the gift voucher so this was very disappointing and a waste of the extra few pounds this cost.
