I have brought this gift for my mum's special birthday and as of yet haven't given it to her so cannot review on using the voucher or the experience. I can though say how easy it was to buy and look up what was included in the spa day as well as the delivery of the voucher which was really quick. The booklet voucher that comes with the message is really nice and know my mum is going to love it.
