Received Gift Voucher for £39.99 as a present. After a rather difficult redemption process I eventually bought 3 tickets for an event but got £30 off the price, £9.99 less than the voucher value. Someone got the £9.99 but it certainly wasn’t me.
Despite several emails to Buyagift and advice that ‘we take customer feedback very seriously’ I’ve wadted significant time and had no feedback, other than speak to the Event personnel - which I did in the first place.
Too much difficulty and certainly wouldn’t use this company when I’m buying vouchers in future.
