I was happy with what the voucher covered and the price. The ordering process was simple. But my e voucher didn't work when I tried to open it so I had to spend time the phone on hold waiting to speak to someone to get it resent. Then when I contacted the Spa to book it they said they next available date was over 2 months away!! It would have been helpful to know this at the time of booking and I needed something much sooner for a birthday gift. If time frame was not a problem this would have been fine but I was disappointed with this.
