The buying process for the gift voucher was easy. However, to book the activity has been extremely terrible because some places are temporarily closed or completely closed. Feel like there should only be a booking system for places that are still legit-mentally open and still running business. Also, before hand I paid for postage and I didn’t even happen to use it due to the fact that I only found out after that the places were closed/ not available. So I basically couldn’t get refund for postage back. I called the number on Buyagift and they did help and returned my full refund (excluding the postage fee).
Just wish there was more clarity and guidance with the booking system and places to go.
